  4. This is an utterly pointless program which causes
  5. all windows and icons to drift around the screen. 
  6. I got the idea from a progam that came with the 
  7. Acorn Archimedes 'DeskTop'.

  9. This program (for what its worth!) is donated to 
  10. the public domain. This progam must be distributed
  11. unmodified complete with this readme file. No
  12. fee may be charged for it (who WOULD pay...) 
  13. except for any reasonable copying charges.
